“We”/”Us”/”Our”/”the website”/serversminecraft.org means https://serversminecraft.org/, owned and operated by individual entrepreneur (“IE”) Anton Shakhov.

You/Your/Yourself means the user of the website.

• Credentials. We collect e-mail addresses, usernames, passwords, and similar security information for authentication and account access.

• Gameplay Data and Telemetry. We monitor, record, and collect your in-game data including playtime, registration and login timestamps, player gameplay statistics, currencies, player owned kits and kit data, player preferences, login rewards and rewards streaks, owned, enabled, and selected cosmetics.

• Device Connectivity and Configuration Data. We collect data about the type of device or browser you use, your device’s operating software, your internet service provider, your device’s regional and language settings, and other similar information. This data also includes IP address, account universal unique identifier (UUID), MAC address, and other device identifiers.

We use various current – and later – developed technologies to collect this information (“Tracking Technologies”), including the following:

You can opt-out of receiving promotional e-mails from us at any time by following the instructions as provided in e-mails to click on the unsubscribe link, or e-mailing us at the e-mail address set forth in the section entitled “Contact Us'' below with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject field of the e-mail. Please note that you cannot opt-out of non-promotional e-mails, such as those about your account, transactions and servicing.

7. Data Security

We provide all organizational and technical measures for the data protection, which are required under the privacy laws of Georgia, including encryption of your personal information.

We will take necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

We will not be responsible for illegal actions of third parties, hackers, intruders and other violators of this Policy and attempt to seize all or part of your Personal Information.

Immediate access to the Personal Information is allowed only to our authorized representatives involved in the Service provision.

We reserve the right to revise and reissue this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our Service indicates your consent to the Privacy Policy then posted. If the changes are material, we may provide you additional notice to your e-mail address.
