On your server page, click "Buy Points", or go to "My Servers" in your dashboard and click "Promote" to buy promo points that boost your server’s ranking and attract more players.
Check if your server is available yourself — it may be stuck, restarting, or failed to start. If others can connect to your Minecraft server, make sure your server.properties file has enable-query=true and query.port=25565 (use your actual port). Then restart the server and our monitoring will be able to see and collect data from it.
You can use free banner-making services like Creative.co, order one from a freelancer, or make it yourself using tools like Adobe Animate, Cinema 4D, and others.
If your server is already listed, click the "Are you the owner?" button at the bottom of your server page and confirm ownership via MOTD, DNS record, or a TXT file on your domain.
You can sort servers "By votes" at the top of the monitoring page. A project combines votes from all its servers, but if you prefer, you can vote directly for the project instead of individual servers.
By default, servers and projects are sorted by points unless the user switches to vote-based sorting. A project adds up the points of all its servers plus any purchased points for the project itself.
Yes! For every 100 votes for your server or project, we add 1 to your account. You can share your server or project link on your website or social media and ask players to vote daily. Votes increase your ranking on the site.
